The Beginning
You will be invited to meet with Lee, our managing director, to determine the scope of your project and how we can help you create exactly what you desire.
From here together we meet with our drafting team who will listen to your ideas and help you create a simply stunning home that not only looks great but has all the function you require. We oversee your project through council approval, engineering and building approval ensuring your design is ready for construction with a fixed budget and all documentation in place.
Let the excitement begin: construction time is here
Lee will guide his specialist team of trades and services throughout the build, keeping a close eye out to make sure everything is at the highest standard, running on time, and in budget. This is a time that you will really enjoy, watching everything grow before your eyes. You will be kept informed and feel involved in the build from start to finish.
The finale: getting the keys to your new home
This is the time when you will see your project in all its glory. Your home is completed and clean and sparkling. It is time for us to show you through your home and ensure everything is how you wished.
Once you are comfortable in your new home at the three-month mark, we will visit to make sure everything is as it should be and you are still as happy as the day you moved in. From here you can sleep easy knowing we carry a 25-year structural guarantee and are always here to answer any questions that may arise.
